Please consult the Google and Apple privacy policies (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ and www.apple.com/privacy) for additional information.

Users who submit feedback via the link in findERnow transmit their email address to us. We keep this personal information on file, but do not share, sell, license or transmit this information to third parties or external vendors unless required to do so by legal, judicial or governmental proceedings, or in order to provide the services requested. If you wish for us to delete your email address from our files, please contact us at emnet@partners.org or at 617-726-5276 with this request. For that reason, to protect your privacy, please do not use email to communicate information that you consider confidential. The de-identified contents of your email may be shared with others (e.g., for app development or marketing purposes).

Users who purchase subscriptions have additional information collected and stored.  By purchasing a subscription, you agree to submit transaction-specific data to an app marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).  App marketplaces collect and store data related to this purchase including the date of purchase and the type of device on which the subscription was purchased. The city, state, and postal code of the buyer’s billing address are available to us via the app marketplace. No personally identifying information or billing information is available to us. Please consult the Google and Apple privacy policies (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ and www.apple.com/privacy) for additional information.
